Our story

Evelyn's health deteriorated signifcantly after her birth and she was diagnosed with a life limiting brain injury. Devastatingly, Evelyn passed away aged just 7 months. 

Martin House supported our whole family throughout Evelyn's life, providing emergency medical care, respite stays, support at home and 24/7 access to children's palliative care doctors. The care and help we received prevented long hospital admissions and granted us time as a family to make treasured memories and adjust to a different way of life. 

Raising funds and awareness to help other families like ours is incredibly important to us and reflects the positive impact Evelyn had on everyone who met her.
