Story

'TIS OVER
4:24:42

THANK YOU EVERYBODY FOR SPONSORSHIP: without it I would NOT have done this... and I will write more once my knees, calves, back and feet have recovered somewhat...

And get that smiling pic up!

I AM RUNNING A MARATHON!
My alter ego signed me up, but I have to do the running.
And for those that know of my cold-water dips in the Gulf Stream, it is the same little voice that has resulted in this. Except a dook takes seconds, and I am looking at (ok, ok, I'm not ready to think about that at the moment)
I don't know what I've let myself in for and I'd like to keep it that way.

The money I raise will go to the Scottish Association for Mental Health(SAMH). I've needed help, I know many others who need or have needed help, and I'm sure all of you are in the same position of, if not having had mental health problems personally, knowing people who have. So I'm certain of my cause, if not of my sanity!

I am becoming a runner for this event - which is a huge will-power challenge, not to mention the strange feeling in my calves...

I am not planning to become a 'marathon runner', so please sponsor me so that I can reach my modest target.
