Bristol Three Peaks Challenge 2021, 22 June 2021
This year's team of Bristol students will be trekking the three peaks in aid of Hope for Children.

Story

This year, I'll be taking on the challenge of trekking the Three Peaks in aid of Hope for Children, an international charity that passionately believes every child has the right to a happy, healthy and positive childhood.

Having completed both bronze and gold DofE, as well as a 30k charity walk in summer of 2019, I've decided to step it up a little. In late June 2021, my team and I will be summitting the three highest peaks in the UK (Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis) all within just over a day. Which means a lot of walking. Like, a LOT of walking. So whilst I get a few 10k runs under the belt to make sure my legs don't forget the principles of bipedalism, it would mean a lot if you could donate any amount of money to my Just Giving page.

The charity in question, Hope for Children, do amazing things with children and families in less privileged areas. Your donations can go a long way; £98 can provide 1 secondary education teacher for a year, £296 can provide stationery and school bags for 52 children and  £1,402 could supply school shoes to 129 children for a year to allow them to have what they need to achieve their potential in education.

So please go ahead and donate! :)
