Story
We are raising money for the ICU unit who cared for Rowan in his final days, making sure he was pain free until his last breath.
For those who knew Rowan, you would remember his cheeky smile and infectious laugh, along with his ability to always be able to lift the mood. A loving partner, amazing father and a truly special friend. Rowans love for Carp fishing saw him spend more time abroad fishing then he did in the UK. It was overseas at Gigantica main lake I first met him and we became close friends ever since. Sharing the bank with Badger, as he was known, was always full of banter and good times.
Rowan sadly passed away on the 22nd October 2021 and his final days where spent under the amazing care of the Medway Intensive Care Unit who did everything to make sure he was as comfortable and as pain free as possible. I'd like to ask if any of you that knew Rowan would like to make a small donation that will go to the Charity of Medway Critical Care Unit to say thank you for their amazing care of Rowan and many others.
The Critical Care team at Medway provides treatment and monitoring of people who are in a critically ill or unstable condition. The critical care team supports the care of inpatients across all our specialities.
