The RotherBobbers are honoured to be dipping a day in May for the 3rd year running. Each one of us has had our lives affected by cancer in some way and the support that Maggie’s provides is vital. 

Gill Wightman was the original Rother Bobber, she loved her sea dips at Rotherslade and was part of the Rotherslade beach gang. Sadly Gill died from pancreatic cancer 3 years ago and Maggie’s provided support for her. 

Each dip a day during May  is in memory of Gill and in support of friends and family who have used Maggie’s.
