We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

I'm running Brighton Marathon on the 17th April and The Three Forts Marathon on the 1st May for GOSH after the loss of a close member within my family

Louis Hackett (aged 14) fell ill at his home in Witham on Sunday 6th March and was taken to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford. He was then transferred to Great Ormond Street Hospital in London but sadly died the next day with his family by his side.

Louis died of a condition called Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) which caused a build up of acid in his body which attacked his organs and led to heart failure.

Thank you for sponsoring me and helping me raise money for this great hospital who continues to help poorly children

Thank you
