Physical activity helps people feel good, create goals, get motivated & manage their mental health better. Help us to raise money to buy a recumbent bike & multi-gym for the Stewart House rehab unit.

Story

This year I have teamed up with Leicestershire Partnership NHS trust for the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 on the 29th of July 2018 in aid of the Road to Recovery appeal.

The money raised by this challenge will be used to provide exercise equipment to patients at Steward House in Narborough who have severe and enduring mental illnesses. We hope that by providing a range of exercise equipment, patients will have the opportunity to exercise in an environment that is both safe and comfortable, to help with their recovery.

You can also donate by texting RTOR94 followed by the amount you wish to donate (e.g. £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10) to 70070. Every penny donated will go straight to this great cause.

Thank you for your support!
