Last year I completed the Cycle for Life (photo above) together with a few friends and I am doing the same this year with a larger group of people, this Sunday.

My training plan last year was not exactly the most strenuous, but this year I have raised the bar by planning to complete the ride with absolutely no training or preparation whatsoever. By the end of mile 31, my arse will be in tatters. Wish me luck!
