Colour Rush is a 5k route which you can run, jog or walk, but with a difference! Every km there is a colour station where the runners get showered with multi-coloured powder.

Story

Eva-Mae and me are running this 5k race on Sunday 7th October. The hospice have been so supportive and amazing to us as a family, if you are able to donate anything at all it would be hugely appreciated.
