Ali was very special to us, a treasured cousin who brought laughter and happiness to us and so many people. Even after his diagnosis in 2013, he fought hard to raise money and did several runs to raise money for the charity, on one occasion even having a seizure during the run and getting up and finishing the race. He had determination like nobody I'd ever seen, and never gave up. A true gentleman and all round solid gold guy.
