Story

For one day only I am joining Parkinson's UK's Sky Diving Team.

Something I've tried before - no!

Something that will scare me - HELL YES!!

It's got to be far less scary than getting diagnosed with a degenerative disease.  My Dad received his diagnosis 2018 and his degeneration has been rapid.  I’m going to do this jump the day before Father’s  Day with funds raised going to Parkinson’s UK (Skydive postponed  - looking like August)

This fabulous charity supports people living with Parkinson's and their
families. Their knowledge and advice is invaluable in challenging
circumstances. Sponsor me, help me raise £500 and enable Parkinson's UK to help families like mine across the UK.

In the UK approx 145,000 people are living with Parkinson's. Every hour two more people are diagnosed.

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
