We've decided to take on the Rocket 5k to raise funds for Milton Keynes Hospital Charity.  

Before you ask - it'll be a challenge. We're not used to running, and this has pushed us outside our comfort zone.

We also wanted to do something to support our hospital charity. Vanessa is really lucky to work for the charity anyway, and loves the impact it has on patient care and experience so much it seemed like a natural option!

The charity raises funds for all wards and departments at the hospital. Over the past year the charity has funded projects for cancer services (through the new cancer centre), dementia services, children's wards and the neonatal unit. 

So please dig deep and give to a LOCAL charity we might all have to use for whatever reason, at some point in our lives.
