We help stroke survivors to find strength through support.

Story

On 16th October 2011, the Bennett boy and I will be taking to the (nice and flat) streets of Amsterdam to run a petrifying 26.2 miles!

After a couple of half marathons for training, I’m well aware this is a potentially foolish venture, but the training’s underway, the bulk order of jelly babies has been placed, and all I need now is some generous donations and a LOT of moral support! My fantasy of lapping Matt might not become a reality, but I’ll damn well give it a try!

I’m running in aid of a very worthwhile cause, with every penny going to the Stroke Association. So please dig deep and donate now!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
