18 months after Maya and I originally decided to sign up for a Mighty Hike, we shall finally be completing our hike along the Jurassic Coast for Macmillan. Our hike is just one of many fundraising events that have had to be cancelled due to the pandemic and it gives you a small snapshot of the amount of donations Macmillan has lost over this period. And whilst their donations are going down, demand for their services just increased and increased. The amount of people who received the necessary treatment or an official diagnosis was hugely decreased leading to a higher number of patient's needing additional support from Macmillan. Help us close the gap and give those in need a chance to receive the support they deserve.
