Being diagnosed with bowel cancer in May this year, I have been very grateful for the various treatments I have been offered, as well as all the efforts of numerous doctors and nurses. I want to try and give back in some small way and so thought I’d try and raise some money for charity! I’ve managed to keep running through the last 5 months of chemotherapy so running some kind of race seems like a good way to extract cash out of you all 😂 

And let me also take this opportunity to say the most enormous thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last few months - my family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues. Your continued love and kindness has strengthened me and meant more to me than you might ever realise 🙏
