I will be taking part in the 10k BUPA Great Manchester Run on May 15th for the charity Manchester Aid To Kosovo (MaK).

MAK supports recovery in Kosovo by providing opportunities, resources, and developing partnerships.

MAK works in the following areas:

• Art and Music
• Construction of the Manchester Peace Park
• Promoting justice and equality
• Collecting and Distributing Aid
• Family support
• Education
• Sport

I am doing the run this year with my friend Mandi who I met on my first visit to Kosovo 8 years ago. He is an athlete (I am not!), so for entertainment value as well as for a special charity.....please sponsor us!
