Ok, so I may not have fully exploited the adventurous activities like trekking, climbing and abseiling in Nepal but I wasn't quite expecting to leap from a height so soon on my return from the UK - only it appears Ben had other ideas and signed me up to join him abseil down the Guy's Hospital tower (see picture)!

But as it is in aid of a good I''m willing to work my way down the 34 floors and 450ft of the world's tallest hospital and I hope you will sponsor me to do so.
