The RSPCA Birmingham Animal Centre is a purpose built animal welfare centre that has the capacity to house 160 cats and 60 dogs, plus a unit that houses rabbits and other small animals all looking for new homes.

Story

Rosemary 'Joy' Burton

26th December 1933 - 31st December 2020

Everyone who knew Joy will know she had a heart of gold and would do anything she could to help those in need. She took in her fair share of waifs and strays over the years - both human and feline alike! Her beloved cat, Chance, may only have one eye but he saw he was onto a good thing when he wandered into her home a few years ago and decided to adopt Joy as his human.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly ask you to help us remember Joy with a donation to the RSPCA Birmingham Animal Centre so they can continue to care for animals rescued from cruelty and neglect.

Thank you.
