this amazing charity supports people with autism. My grandson has thrived under their care and youth club activities. 

I am running the following 10k races this year. Trafford 10k, Manchester marathon relay with Hard Yards Running Club, Manchester 10k, Knutsford 10k and Wilmslow 10k x 2.
