Fundraiser with JCUA & HIAS Immigration & Citizenship (part of JCFS Chicagos family of services) to support refugee resettlement.
Story
Passover is when Jews retell the story of leaving Egypt to find safety. In that spirit, JCUA is holding "For We Were Strangers" a joint fundraiser to support refugee resettlement with HIAS Immigration & Citizenship, part of JCFS Chicago's family of services. Half of the money raised will support the HIAS Welcome Campaign, which provides financial support and resources to families resettled in Chicago.
