Invest in ME Research is an independent UK charity finding, funding and facilitating a strategy of biomedical research into Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME or ME/CFS).The charity is run by volunteers - patients or parents of children with ME - with no paid staff.Overheads are kept to a minimum and all funds raised to go to promoting education of, and funding for biomedical research into, ME.Our efforts are focused on setting up a UK Centre of Excellence for ME which will provide proper examinations, diagnosis and in time treatment(s)/cure(

This book is a collection of short poems about M.E.
(Myalgic Encephalomyelitis).

They have been written from my own personal feelings
and experience of living with M.E. for over 17 years.

I also echo the thoughts and feelings of so many
others who suffer like me.

Each year May is an awareness month and there is an
awareness week leading up to the 12^th May which is International M.E./CFS & FM Awareness Day.

This collection has been especially written and compiled for awareness month. 

There are 31 poems in this book – one for each
day in the month of May.

All sales of this book will be donated to the independent charity Invest in ME Research who find, fund and facilitate biomedical research
into M.E. They also educate and raise awareness about M.E.

I hope my collection of poems convey a strong and simple message. 

I want better understanding and support. I want the suffering
to end.
