Story

I’m Juno and I am going to run a marathon over the month of March to raise money to save the rainforest.

I saw the David Attenborough series and when I saw the forest being destroyed I had to turn it off because I was too sad.  So now I want to try to help.

Please sponsor me and help to save the rainforest! I chose the Rainforest Trust because they seem to be doing amazing work.

Thank you!

Juno (age 9)

Rainforests store billions of tonnes of carbon, helping to mitigate climate change. They are also home to 50% of the worlds species (many of which are endangered) and thousands of indigenous communities rely on these forests for their survival. Yet every day we lose 70,000 acres of rainforest to deforestation. That's why I've chosen to take part in the Rainforest Race in aid of Rainforest Trust UK.Please be a Rainforest Hero for the planet and make a donation to my fundraising page today!
