Hey there everyone!

In just a few days time (Sunday 2nd August at 1.10pm to be precise!) Hector Bevan, Thomas Gearing, Thomas Stewart and I will be at Londons ExCel each fighting hard to do 1500 metres of swimming, 26 miles of cycling and a 6 mile run for very good causes. It is now your last chance to give money to my nominated charity, The British Heart Foundation.

Training has been a massive success with my swimming time going from 34 minutes to 29 minutes in 1500 metres. My cycling has also improved and I can now go more than 20 km without losing all my breath. Lastly my running, well........ it's improved! I can now run 6 miles in around 55 minutes and 3 miles in 23 minutes so the future is bright.
