Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This Sunday the London Marathon should have been taking place and Parkinson's UK would have been among the charities to benefit.  So rather than running the marathon (which of course would have been my plan!) I am going to walk 2.6 miles with the dog around our nearby park - while observing social distancing rules. And as I'm one of the lucky ones with a full time salary and lower outgoings I will match your donations up to £500. Please help if you can - Parkinson's UK does brilliant work on limited resources

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
