Story
At the beginning of the year I was diagnosed with epilepsy after multiple seizures. Having struggled with the initial shock, I felt that getting out for a run was a way to relax and clear my thoughts.
Running gave me a sense of structure and routine which was welcome given the uncertainty of all that was going on.
Having rekindled my love for running, I’ve taken the plunge and decided to run the London marathon! I’m thrilled to be running for Epilepsy action who’s brilliant work supports and raises awareness of such a varied and complicated condition.
Any donations would be much appreciated! And if you want to come along and watch me struggle, even better!
