Story

My name is Rory and I do not run. when first asked to run I told my brother i told him I would run it in 40 minutes to which he guffawed. Well after a succession of runs it is safe to say 40 minutes isn't happening.

For those that exercise the 10k will be a walk in the park for me it will not, however never too late to start, If I have my health I better well use it and keep it as it is a slap in the face to those that suffer from varied ailments.

If you have a little change it can go a long way so DONATE to MS-UK through me doing what I can do but have put off, could be I am too busy, but let's face it I am lazy and this is the push I need...

MS-UK was established in 1993, and is a national charity dedicated to empowering people with multiple sclerosis to make the most of today, and live life to the full.MS-UK put people affected by MS at the heart of the work that they do.
