Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

I am walking from Lisbon to Santiago De Compostela.  This is a distance of 525km in total and I am attempting to finish this in about 3 weeks with a fair wind and decent weather!

I am seeking donations for this walk in aid of Rethink Mental Illness a charity established to raise awareness of mental health problems in society, help those affected by mental health issues and also to reduce the stigma we attach to this condition.
