Welcome to my Just Giving fundraising page.

I am attempting the 2021 Scottish 10K for Autism Initiatives UK in order to raise much needed funds for this charity.

This is a fantastic charity in need of more support following lockdown. With your support you will be helping families to cope with the many challenges that Autism (ASD) can bring.

Autistic Spectrum Disorder affects 1 in 100 people but it is still one of the most misunderstood developmental conditions that so many people have to live with.

Your support would also mean helping to raise awareness and encourage understanding and acceptance too.

I would be so grateful if you could take the time to sponsor me, help the charity and motivate me in my training. I do my early morning training on Kirkcaldy Prom or Beveridge Park.

My youngest grandson Aaron(with me in the photo age 11 years) is on the Autistic Spectrum therefore I have a special interest in supporting this wonderful Charity.

10K UPDATE  SUNDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 

Well, that's it done.  Managed the 10K this morning. 

A brilliant day and with the fantastic donations I have exceeded my target.
