Ronald McDonald House Charities UK provide free 'home away from home' accommodation at specialist children's hospitals across the UK, enabling families to stay close to their child and maintain a degree of normal family life.

In 2022, the 25-bedroom Edinburgh House supported 666 families and, with your help, I would like to raise £666, with each £1 donated representing a family that we helped support. The funds raised could help cover the cost of accommodation for 25 families for one night. 

Last year, I participated in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival as part of a relay team of 4 Edinburgh House team members in support of the Charity raising over £1000. This year, on Sunday 28 May 2023, I will be running through the city streets of Edinburgh once again, now aiming to complete the full marathon distance of 26.2 miles (42.2km). Please help us keep more families with their sick children by donating and supporting my 2023 Edinburgh Marathon Festival participation.
