Me and my sister are doing a 5K run for the Stroke Association on the 20th March 2011 and hope to raise a load of money for a truly wonderful and deserving cause.

Our father devestatingly passed away on 6th January 2011 due to suffering a Stroke and if our raised money can help other people and families who have been affected by a Stoke, it would mean so much to both us.

He was a wonderful father and will be forever missed.
