Following the sudden loss of Stuart Thompson,after suffering heart attack while swimming with my daughter leeoni and his 2 other grandchildren katie,alfie and seeing the upset and trauma caused i decided to honour Stuart's memory and raise money and awareness of heart disease by taking on an epic challenge.

In july 2014 i will be attempting to cycle from Rome to Home (Wakefield) a distance of 1,547 miles through 4 countries and crossing the Alps twice.In canterbury i will be joined by family and fellow cyclists who will cycle the next 2 days to Retford.Final 50 mile day to home i will be joined by even more family/friends/cyclists.
