To celebrate 25 years of Jack and Jill in the community why not host a Summer Afternoon Tea fundraiser? A great opportunity to get together with friends, family, neighbours or workmates.

Story

To celebrate what would be our youngest daughter Róisín’s 10th Birthday 😇 we are hosting an afternoon tea party fundraiser. It’s a great opportunity to get together with friends, family and neighbours to raise a cuppa to salute the 412 families across Ireland receiving vital Jack and Jill home nursing and end of life care. 

We remember our little girl’s love, her her beauty both inside and out and her determination to stay with us as long as she possibly could. 

Join us for afternoon tea on the green outside 7 Oakley gardens, Wolstan Haven, Celbridge, W23VX53 from 4-6pm on 28th August 2022 🎂🍪🧁☕️🎈

Jack and Jill funds and provides in-home nursing care for children with highly complex medical conditions up to the age of six and provide end of life care for children under six, regardless of the diagnosis. Parents call the service the ‘gift of time'.
