I'm taking part in a special 5km Remember Me Walk on Sunday 27th November in the beautiful surrounds of St. Anne's Park in Raheny, Dublin 5. I'm doing it to remember and celebrate loved ones who are no longer with me but who I carry in my heart every day. I want to raise awareness and vital funds for End-of-Life Care in the Mater Public Hospital. The care and support they give patients and families in their final days is so special.
