We are treking up the Mourne mountains to raise money for MNDa, some of you may be aware our colleague Paul Pemberton got diagnosed with this terrible disease so we would like to focus on raising some money for MND Association which focuses on care, research and campaigning.

Motor neurone disease (MND) is a progressive disease that attacks the motor neurones, or nerves, in the brain and spinal cord. This means messages gradually stop reaching muscles, which leads to weakness and wasting.   So please dig deep and help us hit our target.

This is also part of a farewell to the "old" Northern team.  Our team goal is £1,500 spread across four great charities, please help us smash this in the short time we have to raise money!
