Proudly supporting a charity that is very dear to me and which I am honoured to be directly involved with as one of its team of volunteers as a Driver, Media Representative and Great North Run 2022 Team Co-Administrator.  

The Berwick & District Cancer Support Group celebrates its 30th Anniversary this year and was founded to help alleviate the severe difficulties faced by cancer patients in our community to reach their cancer related treatments and appointments.  We still face these same difficulties as our nearest major hospitals are over 60 miles away.  For many this journey is very challenging, for some it is almost impossible without transport assistance.  Berwick Cancer Cars provides a genuine life-line.

Run entirely by volunteers and receiving no national funding, Berwick Cancer Cars has helped thousands of people who are battling cancer to reach their hospital appointments free of charge, in safety, in comfort and without worry to them or to their loved ones. 

I am honoured to be involved a of their amazing Great North Run team and I would be so very humbled if you would help support me in my efforts to support those with cancer across our amazing Berwick & District community.  The charity relies completely on donations and fundraising events, every penny sponsored makes a genuine difference and keeps our very special cars operating.
