As you know, despite my hatred of all things physical, I'm going to attempt to cycle from London to Paris starting on the 11th July for the RNLI.

All funds I raise will be donated to the RNLI – an independent charity that has saved more than 139.000 lives at sea since their foundation in 1824.  They provide 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue services around the coasts of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. 

It is a really worthwhile cause and any donation would be greatly appreciated.
