Dad and I are cycling 100 miles in Essex and London for Ride London 2023.

We have chosen to raise the money for MND after a close friend of Dad’s passed away at the end of last year from the disease.

Any donations would be appreciared so the money can go towards further research and funding into helping others with this awful condition affecting thousands each year.
