Campaign by The Salvation Army (RCN 214779 and in Scotland SC009359)
Homelessness is a reality of our society. From our Lifehouses to addiction support, the services we offer put the person and their needs at the centre, enabling people to take control of their life circumstances.

Story

The Staines Salvation Army Church and Community Centre situated in Ashford Middlesex is a valuable support for local people.

UPDATE March 2024 *The funds raised on this page (£3,500 at time of writing) have already gone directly to Staines Salvation Army and have been used to purchase an accessible defibrillator and first aid courses for a number of people who volunteer at the church and community centre.

*Any money raised above and beyond the cost of installing a defibrillator will go towards vital work in the communities of Staines and Ashford.

In running the London Marathon I aim to raise £4,000 so that the church I attend can continue to support the local community in a variety of ways.

Thank you for considering sponsoring me as I take on this challenge.
