That’s right, 2022 Press Ups, or 65 per day throughout January! My aim is to raise £1000 for the Alzheimer’s society.

My Grandmother, Aunt and now my Mother in law have all suffered with some form of Dementia and I have seen first hand how vital the care and support they get is and what a toll it takes on those closest to them. We need a cure for this horrible disease and as so many more of us become affected by it, significantly better care options.
