We fight hunger and food waste to feed over 1 million people.

Story

I’ll be taking part in the 2nd Annual ‘4 x 4 x 48 Challenge’ on March 5th. Named ‘The Goggins Challenge’ after it’s creator, ex-Navy Seal and ultrarunner David Goggins, it involves running 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours straight.

The official starting time is Friday March 5th at 8pm (PST) which will be 4am Saturday March 6th here in the UK, I will then run 4 miles every 4 hours until my last run on Sunday March 7th at 8pm. In total it’ll be twelve 4 mile runs in 2 days adding up to almost two full marathons over 48 hours.

I’m hoping to raise money for FareShare who work to fight hunger in the nation’s most vulnerable communities, especially helping vulnerable children at risk of hunger over school holidays, an organisation that Marcus Rashford has become an ambassador for in the last year. More event details and info on where you can kindly donate to follow. This one is apparently a beast so bring it on!
