Story
Help us help to end youth homelessness
For one night, we will be swapping our comfortable beds and houses with locks on the door for a sleeping bag and a night’s sleep outside, on the street, in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre.
All of the money that we raise will be going directly to Rock Trust to help them end youth homelessness. Rock Trust are a charity based in Edinburgh that supports young people to aims to end youth homelessness. They provide accommodation, education and support to over 400 children annually who are or who are at risk of becoming homeless.
The purpose of the Sleep Out is to raise money and awareness of the issues of youth homelessness and NOT to match the sense of danger, hunger and hopelessness which many young homeless people face.
