Thank you for looking at our page. Our beautiful daughter Robyn Gwen Alice Wyatt was born sleeping 26th October 2011 at 13.39 weighing 6lb 15oz at approx 35weeks gestation. We would like to thank all of the staff involved with the Willow room at Wansbeck Hospital. They looked after me and our family during a very difficult time and treated our daughter with respect and genuine care. We thank them for all the special memories they helped us create and were shocked to learn that this facility is ran on donation and not funded by the hospital. Friends and family have asked how they can help and we ask for donations to be made to the Teardrop Fund which keeps this facility running. Every penny helps and there is talk of some fun fund raising events in the new year so i will keep you all posted. Thanks again for looking love all of Robyns Family xxxxxx

Teardrop is a voluntary organisation under the auspices of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. It is affiliated to Sands (the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) and supports bereaved parents and relatives of babies who have been lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death or termination of pregnancy because of fetal abnormality. Any monies donated through this Just Giving page will automatically be re-directed into Teardrop's accounts and will only be used to support other families in this situation.
