Story
South Africa, Canada and the UK are coming together to run the Edinburgh Marathon on May 23rd for fun (we hope despite the aches and pains!) and for the SSAFA. This year is the 125th Anniversary of the SSAFA Forces Help. They are the leading charity in helping serving and ex servicemen and women and their families, and invaluable to anyone who has served or is currently serving with the Armed Forces.
After running the Glasgow Half Marathon last year we decided to put our bodies to the test again (well... not as much work for Matt). Through rain, hail, snow and sunshine (yes, all in one run) training has been fun, even if our alcohol tolerance has declined! We hope that when we cross the finish line on race day all the blood, sweat and blisters will have been worth it - and Robyn has had some wowzers on her poor feet!
