As some of you may know, on 30th April 2015 my little sister Sydney was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes aged 13.

JDRF funds type 1 diabetes research to improve the lives of those with the condition and aims to one day eradicate Type 1 diabetes  for good.

I will be climbing the 3 highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales within 24hrs to raise funds, with my friend Lucy and her family. They are also raising money for a fantastic cause that is very close to their hearts.
