We support local patients & their families to manage diagnosis by lightening the load

Story

I've been having treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia since diagnosis in August 2019 including chemotherapy, immunotherapy and a stem cell transplant.

I've recently been having chemotherapy throughout August, continuing into September.

I will be running the Bridgwater half marathon in early September, an event that I had entered prior to relapse. This is partly to counteract the physical and psychological effects of my treatment but also to raise funds for Exeter Leukaemia Fund.

Six of us will be wearing our E.L.F (Exeter Leukaemia Fund) vests and running the event in support of this charity that has provided fantastic support for myself and my family over the past three years.

If you would be happy to donate a couple of quid to support E.L.F I would be most grateful. Any amount would be really appreciated.

Thank you.
