We fund pioneering research to tackle bowel cancer.

Story

Thank you for visiting my Project South Africa fundraising page.

In November of this year I am off  to help renovate a remote school (Noordhoek Primary) in South Africa with the Bobby Moore Fund so please dig deep and sponsor me. We will also be building a football pitch and having our own mini World Cup with the local community!

Once costs are covered, the proceeds from the trip will go to the Bobby Moore Fund to help tackle bowel cancer through world-class research so it is important to raise as much money as possible.

Many types of cancer are treatable if caught early enough. Research and access to treatment are essential to help all cancer patients and their families.

For further information on the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK, and to view what the International Projects achieve, please click on the following link: http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/bobbymoorefund/getinvolved/events/projectbrazil/. Do take a look at the photo gallery and be patient while the international projects video loads, it's well worthed.

Thanks for your kind support.

Stephanie Moore MBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund in partnership with Cancer Research UK, following the death of her husband, Bobby Moore, from bowel cancer. The Bobby Moore Fund is now a leader in the fight against bowel cancer, funding research that’s helping more people to survive than ever before.
