Story

Chris was a lifelong friend and a complete and utter role model.

He tragically lost his life on 10th October 2012 following a fall in the Lake District

I'm truely privileged and proud to have had the chance to know him. He was always kind, rational, sensitive, hard working and successful at whatever he did, and he was truely inspirational to be around.

Myself and over 30 other friends/family of Chris (Team Bygate) are taking part in various events to raise money for the amazing Air Ambulance service that were there for him and his fiance Gar-Ling  and gave him the best possible chance they could.

I'm running the Chester Half Marathon with Chris' dad Mike and his fiance Gar-Ling in his memory.

It will be a proud and emotional day for all of us, but it would mean so much if you could sponsor us - I was shocked to find out that the Great North Air ambulance service relies completely on charity donations, and needs £4Million per year to keep their 3 helecopters in the skies, so this really is for a great cause.

Thank you so much in advance.

Robin
