This is the first time that I've done a run for charity (well overdue, you might say...).  I hope that you'll consider sponsoring me but please don't feel pressured to do so if you already support other good causes.  As many of you will know, my father is suffering from brain cancer and so I feel strongly about the work that this charity does. Any amount that you feel comfortable contributing would be great, no matter how small.
