We stand for everyone affected by dementia to find a cure

Story

Hello to you all!

As some of you may or may not know I'm running The Nike London Half Marathon in September.

Whilst many of you might be questioning "only half?", only because you know I am the epitome of peak physical health and you may believe that I have the endurance attribute akin to Haile Gebrselassie. It may come as a surprise to some that I have only ever around seven miles and even this has come at a cost - considerable 'chaffage'. So lord knows what will happen come September.

I've chosen to use this as an opportunity to fundraise for Alzheimer’s Research UK. It is Britain’s largest specialist dementia research charity and hopefully will do wonderful things with your money, making many lives easier from the challenges that Alzheimer’s can bring.

Please give as much or as little as you like.
