The Crisp-mister was an effervescent, charismatic, enthusiastic and all round fabulous guy! I have known him for 8 years, ever since he started dating my best friend Samantha. Over those years he has not only filled her life with love but offered me barrels of laughter, support and an endless supply of cheese and chutney!

He devastatingly disappeared during a deep sea diving trip off the coast of Scotland on 23 July 2012. Leaving a gaping hole in the lives of everyone who loved him.

This 10k run is going to be a real challenge (we all know I’m not a natural runner) but it is one I want to achieve, as I know Crispin would be overly positive about my ability to complete it – and I want to do him proud!

Missing People have offered a great amount of support to my dearest friend Sam during this terrible time. We want to raise the profile of this charity and make sure they can continue their great work for others in similar circumstances.
